The Lodges of East Lansing is a 16 acre student housing project located near the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing, MI. The 300,000 square foot, 683-bed development includes new construction of six three-story wood-framed buildings and a 5,000 square foot community club house. The Lodges were designed to compliment the surrounding East Lansing architecture including classic masonry, high pitched roofs, and dark wood framing.  It is also an efficient design allowing Wolverine to make effective use of materials during construction and put the project on a fast track schedule to meet the completion deadline before the MSU Fall semester begins. 

The Lodges offer a host of amenities to enhance the student living experience At the center is an Irish-pub style clubhouse is designed to maximize social gatherings with fire places, big screen TVs, and patio grills. Residents have access to a 24-hour fitness center, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and tanning beds for relaxation. There is an on-site volleyball court, billiard tables, ping pong, bocce ball, and an ice-skating rink during the winter.
