Built on what was originally a coal dock for a utility company, Moyle completed the first four unit townhome in the fall of 2009.  Each building will consist of two single story units on the ends of the building and two double story units in the middle.  Each unit boasts a private entrance, two car heated garage, private balconies, and a view of Portage Lake.  The kitchens and bathrooms are outfitted with solid cherry cabinetry and trim.  The building is a wood frame structure with masonry separation walls between each unit.  The exterior facade is a combination of an exterior insulating finish system and cultured stone veneer.  Each deck was built using a composite wood material and has a under drain system to shed water without dripping to the sitting areas below.
