CR architecture + design
CR performed the study to transform the Terrace Plaza Hotel into a cutting-edge, mixed-use boutique hotel. Designed to respond to the needs of today’s urban live/work environment, the overall renovation plan reduces the number of hotel rooms from 321 to 135 and adds 67 residential units, retail shops and office space.
