Two high-rise, luxury condominium towers will highlight this new 387,000-sf urban, mixed-use development featuring a variety of residential layouts, a courtyard with gardens and fountains, two new restaurants, and a business center. Flood-proof parking and a river promenade will invite the public to the downtown riverfront. CR is collaborating with RTKL Chicago on this project.
