Description
- An IED (Innovative Electronic Designs) airport audio system system was installed. The system controls all the airport audio for: flight information, scheduled message playback, live paging, background music, local gate paging.
- In 2008, ASCOM designed and installed Hearing Loop Systems for the hearing impaired in all concourses and gates. This makes GRR the first airport in the country to have such an install.
