Description

The 54,644 sq ft upscale retail center located on East Paris is anchored by two illuminated towers. The retail center was constructed with structural steel framing, masonry, EIFS (exterior insulated finish system), and storefront glass and glazing. Accent lights bring Terrazzo to life at night and exterior wood doors with beveled glass and canvas awnings add to the distinctive look.

As the building shell was in the finishing stages, Triangle began the tenant fit-out for Daniel’s, an anchor store at Terrazzo. Luxurious finishes, crown molding, recessed ceiling domes, and detailed display mezzanines with accent railings embody this magnificent store. The Bamboo flooring is accented by aisles of mosaic and limestone tiles. Rich wood veneer on several walls gives the store a warm and inviting feeling, and the layout of lighting fixtures prominently display products to attract clients.

The Terrazzo Fine Shops have given Grand Rapids residents exclusive designer fashions without the trip to Chicago or New York.
