Description

The 14,200 square foot conventional steel retail building was a design-build team effort between Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Hulk Development, and Wolverine Building, Inc. This Goodwill store is the anchor tenant for a new 37,000 square foot commercial development currently under construction on the SW corner of 54^th Street and Division Avenue in Wyoming. Goodwill stores feature gently used and new items that are bargains for smart shoppers.

According to Project Manager, Chris Nye, “Anyone who’s shopped at Goodwill in West Michigan over the years has to have noticed how their stores have changed over time. The newer stores are bigger, brighter, and more pleasant places to shop. Their mission of putting people to work hits very close to home for me, and I know that the Goodwill retail operations in the area exist to support that mission. I’m happy for all those who benefit from their efforts, and proud to play a small part in the continued success and growth of Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids.”
