Description

This project was the first Dealer in the country with the new Cadillac format. The project included total rehabilitation of the front of the building, cutting it down to the steel structure and roof deck. New exterior architecture was added, along with a new expanded showroom, extended service reception area, refurbished body shop area, and new roof. All of this was accomplished while the business remained opened to its clients, operating out of mobile offices during the construction phase. This was a fast tracked project, starting on January 13th, and occupied by the employees on April 22nd.
