Description

This 103,300 square foot office building is designed to provide several large medical practices with premium lease space superior to typical space in the area.  With enclosed lower level tenant parking and over 60,000 s.f. of leaseable area, this premiere facility provides an upscale palatte of exterior materials including stone, brick, glass, half-round columns and standing seam roofing.

The building entry is a large 2-story atrium in the entrance lobby, finished with maple wall panels, porcelain tile, a monumental stair, glass handrails, and specialty lighting; all working together to create a luxurious entry experience.

Extensively landscaped grounds surround the building and the parking.  A new feature pond and signage located at the corner of a major intersection announce the building, as well as provide a pedestrian destination for the walking trails around the site.  Tenants along the east side of the building will be rewarded with views of a natural area including wetlands.
