Description

The Campbell Group is one of the largest “independent” insurance providers in Michigan and today operates out of their new headquarters in Caledonia, MI. The 52,000 square foot two-story conventional steel office building features a large open floor plan allowing for a custom tailored systems furniture layout. The first floor will include the reception area, entryway, offices, and a 4,000 square foot café.  An additional 8,000 square foot walk-out basement will house a fitness area with locker rooms, training room, IT room, mechanical room, and storage space. 

 

The exterior is mostly made up of tinted glass, stone veneer, and horizontal metal panel accents. All four sides of the building have spectacular views of wooded areas and ponds.

 

LEED construction techniques were incorporated minimizing the facility’s impact on the environment, reducing operational costs, and promoting a healthy workspace for occupants.
