Description

This 175 room hotel was started in January 2002 and was turned over to the owner in November 1, 2002. this was made possible by the creative efforts of all the contractors during the difficult winter months. the hotel has been a huge success as it was the forerunner of hotels located in the S.W. section of Kent County.

The construction materials used, on the exterior as well as the interior, were designed to be maintenance free and as durable as possible to minimize ongoing costs. One normally wouldn’t find this type of construction in a budget hotel, but is has paid dividends for the owner.
