70 Ionia SW Grand Rapids MI 49503 Map

The exterior of the 70 Ionia project features a large "sail" on the southwest corner with segmented framing and butt-joint glass. The punched openings have a custom wide-face, horizontal mullion with an awning standing seam roof over the sidewalk level storefront.  The clear anodized canopies over the entrances were fabricated by AGM.  A large, low slope skylight washes the atrium in light.  All materials were furnished and installed by Architectural Glass and Metals, Inc.
