Worked with two user groups to create a seamless unit, making sure to accommodate all needs and code requirements, while making the unit act as one in the future
· renovated entire floor to accommodate two patient populations
· 41 licensed beds in the medical surgery and pediatric unit
· created a fully integrated unit to function as one space at a later date for flexibility
· provided support spaces for staff and families
· $2M project cost
