Classic Engineering
Oakcrest Manor is a 44 unit independent living facility with a complete kitchen and dining area. Classic Engineering provided plumbing and mechanical engineering to The Architectural Group for this project. The mechanical system uses radiant floor for the heating and thru-the-wall air conditioning units for the cooling. The HVAC system was installed by VanderPloeg and Lanning.
Acoustics By Design
Acoustics By Design performed an acoustical evaluation and made recommendations for architectural acoustics at the Oak Crest Manor in Holland, Michigan. This independent living facility houses 44 units with a complete kitchen and dining area. Our professional engineers specified procedures for framing and rough-in, insulation placement, resilient channel installation, and drywall and caulking application. This information enabled Oak Crest to achieve excellent acoustics with a high degree of noise isolation.
