Pere Pointe Village Condominiums is a five-story, 120 unit luxury condominium built as part of the "Brownfield" development overlooking Pere Marquette Lake and Lake Michigan. The development, when completed, will include a bath house/pool building, parking garage, boat storage building, and boat slips.
Classic Engineering
Classic Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing design on this five story, forty unit condominium project. The HVAC system was based on vertical self-contained air conditioning units with gas fired heating for each condominium. The condominiums are also supplied with two bathrooms including a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
