A 13,000 square foot, two story regional office and banking facility located at Celebration Village on the corner of Knapp Street and East Beltline Avenue in Grand Rapids Township, MI. TAG designed two other regional centers for Macatawa Bank. They are approximately 13,000 square foot buildings located in Wyoming Michigan and Grand Haven Michigan.
Classic Engineering
This project consists of a two story office building for Macatawa Bank totaling 12,000 square feet. Classic Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing design for The Architectural Group. Packaged gas fired roof top units were used for the heating and cooling. A parapet roof was designed to conceal the exterior HVAC equipment from public view.
