The Housing Center of West Michigan's new East Beltline location offers the administrative offices research library, bookstore,
meeting and banquet areas. 17,627 square feet building on three levels with a three story atrium and over 3,000 square feet of meeting and conference space.
Classic Engineering
Classic Engineering provided the mechanical and plumbing design for this office building. Because of the tight building construction and multiple use areas, a four pipe fan coil system was designed with an air cooled chiller and gas fired boiler. The building has a four story atrium requiring a smoke evacuation system.
