The Gallery on Fulton is a mixed-use development on the southwestern corner of Division Avenue and Fulton Street in Grand Rapids. The Gallery will offer commercial space and 56 luxury apartments. The project also includes a 262-space integrated parking structure.
The Urban Institute of Contemporary Arts is the anchor tenant for the project.
The building is expected to be LEED certified.

Acoustics By Design

Acoustics By Design offered comprehensive acoustical consulting services for The Gallery on Fulton, a mixed-use development in downtown Grand Rapids. Our design work included: architectural acoustics, noise and vibration isolation, building systems noise control, and audio-video systems design. The anchor tenant for the project, The Urban Institute of Contemporary Arts, features a sophisticated blackbox theatre.  In addition, there is a film theatre, which will be used for live performances and film screenings, as well as numerous gallery spaces for media of all types.

Located on the southwestern corner of Division Avenue and Fulton Street, The Gallery will offer both commercial spaces and residential apartments with 56 apartments and an integrated 262 space parking deck. The building is expected to be LEED certified for green building features, including a geothermal heating and cooling system.
