This was a Design/Build project in which Fryling headed up the design and construction of a 13,500 square foot addition as well as renovations to 30,000 square feet of the existing building.
The addition included a multi-purpose room, full commercial kitchen, classrooms, nursery, cadet and youth rooms. The renovations consisted of cooling the existing building, new pastors’ offices, additional classrooms and redecorating.
Value engineering efforts in the design phase allowed this project to utilize the space of the addition more efficiently and significantly lower the cost of construction.
