Description
Genesis Bridge Street was a MSHDA project that transformed the first floor into commercial retail space and the upper floors into 27 efficiency and one-bedroom units for handicap residents. Additional ADA measures were taken.
As a historic renovation project, certain building features were restored and reused including an existing skylight and historic trim details.
