Bear Creek Meadows Phase I consists of six wood-framed, 2-story buildings with a total of 120 units and nearly 125,000 square feet of housing. Designed by Progressive Associates, the available units will range from 720 to 1050 square feet and have between one and three bedrooms. Each unit will have a private entrance, vaulted ceilings, laundry and a patio or deck.
The project was developed by Strathmore Development Company, through its affiliate Petoskey Investment Group L.L.C.
