Description
Classic Engineering provided the Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering on this mixed use facility. Eighteen single family housing units occupy the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. The 8000 square foot first floor is commercial lease space.
The structural system consists of a steel, masonry and precast up to the second floor and then conventional wood framing for the upper floor and roof.
