Fryling completed the historic renovation of the Karl Building, located at 98 Monroe Center. The project included a complete restoration of the 147 year old building’s storefront with all new framing; intricate trim work including a cornice detail that concealed lighting that will illuminate the new tenants signage, custom white oak entrance doors, new glass, and tile.
