Description
Classic Engineering designed the mechanical, plumbing and electrical for this 98 key, three story hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool, breakfast area, meeting space and exercise room. The HVAC system consists of multiple single zone furnaces with DX cooling for the common areas and package thru the wall air conditioners with ductwork for the guest rooms. The plumbing system uses two 650,000 BTUH boilers and two 220 gallon storage tanks to meet hot water demands. A dedicated 199,000 high efficiency water heater is used for the commercial grade washers.
