Classic Engineering provided plumbing design for this five story, 132 key hotel. Included in the hotel is an indoor pool, meeting rooms, and breakfast area. The guest suites have full kitchens with one or two bedrooms. Domestic hot water is provided with two 990,000 btuh water heaters and a 576 gallon storage tank.
